Domestic Shipping (US)
- US Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery by end of day.
- US Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

US Express Order Requirements
To ensure same-business-day shipping for US Express orders, orders must be placed before 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following business day. Carrier delays may occur during holiday periods.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
12TH TRIBE PACKAGE PROTECTION
If you insured your package with 12th Tribe Package Protection, please contact us via live chat or email at hello@12thtribe.us for assistance with lost, damaged-in-transit, or stolen packages.Claim Submission Timelines:
- For packages marked delivered but not received (no evidence of porch piracy): Claims must be made 5 days after the delivery date but no later than 15 days to account for potential misdelivery or on-premises retrieval.
- For presumed lost packages (status not marked delivered): Claims must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international orders) and within 30 days from the last tracking scan.
If you did not purchase package protection, 12th Tribe is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please submit a claim with the shipping carrier if you believe your package is lost.
Packages Returned to Sender
12th Tribe is not responsible for packages returned to sender due to address discrepancies. Once the item is successfully returned to us, we will contact you to discuss shipment next steps and provide further assistance.
Order Cancellation & Shipping Address Updates
To request an order cancellation or shipping address change, please email hello@12thtribe.us within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or address change requests will be honored.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-Order Definition & Shipping Timing
Pre-orders are advance purchases that secure your spot for highly sought-after items before they arrive at our warehouse, ensuring you don’t miss out on popular styles. The specified pre-order date or time frame indicates when we expect to receive the item at our warehouse.Example: A pre-order date set for early June means the item is expected to arrive in the first 1-2 weeks of June, with shipping to follow shortly after.
Pre-Order Time Frames
- EARLY: Week 1-2 of the specified month
- MID: Week 2-3 of the specified month
- LATE: Week 3-4 of the specified month
Potential Time Frame Delays
While we strive to fulfill pre-orders within the stated time frame, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier delays) may cause delays. If the timeline changes, our customer service team will contact you with updated shipping information. If the new date is inconvenient, we are happy to assist with exchanging the pre-order item for an in-stock style.

Package Tracking

Order Delivery Timeline
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days after fulfillment, with the estimated delivery date available on your tracking page.
